BSc Physics (Bachelor of Science in Physics)
The course mainly deals with nuances of physics and its various properties. The main objective of the course is to provide the students with the foundation knowledge of science-based career. The course deals with developing creative thinking skills amongst the students and the power of imagination to enable graduates to work in the research industry for a broader academic application.
The course emphasises the theory and practical aspects of the fundamentals of physics and associated mathematical concepts. It covers subjects like matter, motion, speed and velocity; space and time, energy, pressure, and force, and the various theories and laws associated with them.
The students will have diverse knowledge about the creation of figures, precise and pure measurements, diagrammatic illustration, and graphical representation to explain man-made and natural phenomena after successful completion of the course. Critical skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical thinking, and logical skills are enhanced in the students through this course.
What Skills does a Physics student develop?
The students will be studying the skills required to gather information from resources and use them appropriately. The students will also be learning about the matter and its properties. They also study the properties of light energy passing through the space-time and time travel mechanisms. The main aim of the course is to understand how the universe behaves and how the particles interact with the environment.
The course enables the students to integrate their knowledge with computer science, electronics, chemistry and mathematics. On the completion of the course, the students will be able to get enough knowledge to excel in the field of physics.
