The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras on Monday launched international interdisciplinary Master’s programmes in the nine areas of study such as Energy systems, Robotics, Quantum Science and Technology, Computational Engineering, Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology, Data Science, Cyber Physical Systems, Complex Systems and Dynamics and Biomedical Engineering from this academic year 2022-23. The interested students can join these new nine master’s courses which are interdisciplinary in nature from this academic year 2022-23.
The IIT Madras stated that it is reaching out to students from across the globe for promoting the new nine master’s courses and special emphasis is given to the increasing student enrolment from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.
The IIT-Madras further informed that the scholarships will be provided to meritorious international students who enrol for these programmes.
