The AIMS is a non-profit professional organization which has grown into a powerful network of over 740 top management schools of national and international repute in the country. The AIMS is the registered body under the Ministry of Human Affairs Government of India.
AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA)
The ATMA is a national level entrance test that provides admission to the candidates into various PGDM courses across the country. The candidates can choose their colleges according to the scores and rankings secured in the exam.
The candidates can get admission to the business schools and participating institutes of the country according to their ATMA rankings.

Eligibility
The aspiring students who have completed their graduation degree in any stream with 50% aggregate marks from the recognised university are eligible to apply for the ATMA exam. The candidates who are in the final year of bachelor’s degree can also apply to the ATMA exam. The minimum age criteria required for applying for the ATMA exam is 21 years.
Exam Format and Syllabus
The ATMA exam consists of 2 modes, the online and offline mode. The ATMA exam paper will have 180 multiple choice questions (MCQs), that is divided into 6 major sections of:

The ATMA is conducted both in Online mode and Offline mode.
1.Online Mode
The ATMA Online Internet Based Test (IBT) mode is conducted by AI and Human proctored based online exam. The students should take their ATMA exam from their homes due to Covid-19 guidelines. They should have access to a computer with high-speed internet connectivity and a high-resolution webcam. The students should keep his/her webcam on throughout the exam duration.
2.Offline Mode
While in the ATMA offline Paper Based Test (PBT) mode the students should give the paper-based test in the designated exam centres mentioned in their hall tickets.
