Eligibility The candidate should be a graduate in Medicine (M.B.B.S)from any university recognised by the Medical Council of India. The candidate should have completed satisfactorily the Rotating compulsory internship of one year in an institution recognised by the Medical Council of India he candidate should have obtained permanent Registration of any State Medical Council. No candidate shall be admitted to any post graduate degree / diploma course unless the candidate has obtained and produced the eligibility certificate issued by the University.

Government Colleges(G)- INR. 38,900 to INR. 2,63,900 per nnum
Government Private Seats(G) - INR. 1,02,786 to INR. 7,13,780 per annum
GMP/OPN (P) in Private Colleges - INR. 1,58,000 to INR. 40,00,000 per annum
NRI/Others (Q) - INR. 1,02,785 to INR. 90,15,500 per annum

Admission Process:

Candidates seeking admission to MD should mandatorily qualify NEET-PG Exam. The NEET qualified students are required to undergo two types of counselling. 

1.The students seeking admission to medical colleges affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) should undergo the counselling conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).

2.The students seeking admission to deemed universities should undergo counselling conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

They are responsible to identify the health condition based on the scan reports of breasts.

Uro-Gynaecological Radiologist: The Uro-Gynaecological Radiologists are basically hired in maternity hospitals and nursing homes. They are responsible to perform scanning of the pregnant women and generate reports of the child growth. They are responsible to report the observations on the development of the baby in the womb. they perform regular scans according to the directions of the physicians.

Salary & Emoluments: An average Uro-Gynaecological Radiologist will be earning around 12 lakhs to 15 lakhs per annum.  

Oncological Radiologists: The Oncological radiologists are basically hired in cancer care centres and hospitals. They are responsible to detect the cancerous tissues in the cancer patients and report the observations to the specialists. They are also responsible to give radiotherapy for the cancer patients to destroy tumours.

Salary & Emoluments: An average Oncology Radiologist will be earning around 15 lakhs to 25 lakhs per annum.
