This course is a mandatory requirement for candidates interested in the functioning and management of the OT in close collaboration with surgeons, specialists, anesthesiologists, and nurses. Candidates are also trained to observe intricate specifics of the OT and to manage and support patients when needed. Guidance is given in the understanding, arrangement, and handling of the various surgical instruments, their disinfection and sterilization, and the consistent monitoring of patient drugs and anesthetic gases. Candidates are also specially trained to understand the ethics and legal requirements of being in the OT. Various skills of the candidates like endurance, dedication, patience, communication, and behavior are polished during the duration of this course.
