- MDS Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics: The specialisation deals with the treatment of cavities, malformed, discoloured, unsightly or shattered teeth, as well as the treatment of endodontic and periapical illnesses and the treatment of dental pain.
- MDS Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery: Oral and maxillofacial surgery is a branch of dentistry that treats diseases, injuries and deformities in the head, neck, face, jaws and the hard and soft tissues of the mouth and maxillofacial (jaws and face).
- MDS Orthodontics: This specialisation focuses more on research and treatment of malocclusions (bad bites) that are caused by a misaligned jaw, uneven teeth or both.
- MDS Prosthodontics: The Prosthodontics trains the students to treat patients with prosthesis while also learning about applied medical, behavioural and clinical sciences.
- MDS Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry: This specialisation deals with the Dietary preventive, dental prophylaxis and nonsurgical dental restorations are all part of the research. The students will also study about the early treatment of oral injuries and rapid diagnosis of various dental malformations.
- MDS Periodontics: The specialisation deals with disorders affecting the structure and parts of teeth, such as gums, periodontal membranes, cementum and alveolar bone, as well as treatment and prevention
- MDS Oral Medicine and Radiology: Oral Medicine and Radiology specialisation focuses on disorders of the mouth and its surrounding structures. The students will also study in detail about the oral manifestations of medical conditions related to dental treatment of medically challenged patients.
- MDS Oral Pathology: This specialisation is concerned with the nature, features, causes, consequences and treatment of illnesses affecting the oral and maxillofacial areas, as well as the research of the immune system, in order to assist appropriate care.
- MDS Public Health Dentistry: This specialisation focuses on the prevention and treatment of dental illnesses, as well as the development of dental health through population initiatives.
