Sharada Group of Institutions was founded by Tulunadu Educational Trust, a name synonymous with quality education. Over the past 27 years, we have enabled lakhs of students to enter into some of the best institutions in India and abroad. Starting of Indian Medicines Institutions was one of the dreams of the management. Along with Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Sharada Yoga and Naturopathy Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre too was dedicated to the society in order to serve the needy.
The 2010 "Karnataka Rajyotsava Puraskar" recipient, Prof. M. B. Puranik is a veteran educator who retired as a professor in Botany in the year 2004. He is an idealistic, principled and assiduous personality with clarity of purpose and administrative abilities.
