Admission Process
Admission criteria:
For the students seeking admission for MBBS Programme in Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, the criteria are –
Passed in 12th examination (or equivalent) with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English subjects from a recognized University.
Age of the candidate should be 17 years as on 31st December of the admission year.
It is mandatory for the student to secure a minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taking the KLEU-UGAIET Exam.
For the students seeking admission for MD/MS Programme in Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, the criteria are –
Completed MBBS with 50% aggregate from a University recognized by the MCI.
One-year compulsory internship from any medical college or hospital recognized by the MCI.
It is mandatory for the student to secure a minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taking the KLEU-PGAIET Exam.

State/Central Medical/Dental Council Registration Certificate. [Provisional registration certificate will be accepted only for the candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS during 2019.
