NEET-UG Exam 2021 Counselling

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2021 on 1st November 2021 and the respective students can find their score cards on their registered email Ids.

The NEET-UG 2021 exam was conducted on September 12th 2021 and over 16 lakhs students appeared in the entrance exam. The All-India merit list will be prepared by NTA on the basis of cut-off and marks secured by the candidate. 

The NTA stated that AIQ quota seats are already filled according to the merit list of the students based on their rankings. The remaining students are now required to complete the formalities for state counselling sessions with their respective state counselling authorities. The students have to register for their desired state counselling authorities to get admission to medical colleges in their desired state.

Further, the NTA stated that the dates of the counselling will be announced shortly

Steps to Participate in NEET UG 2021 MBBS Counselling

• The students have to click on new registration tab and they have to fill the online registration form and the students have to fill all the details in the specified spaces given
• The students have to upload relevant documents such as recent passport size photographs, signatures, thumb impressions, marks cards, NEET score cards, etc
• After the upload is complete the students will get the list of colleges that is according to their rankings
• The students will have the option to choose up to 5 colleges for getting admissions to MBBS seats based on their rankings
• The students have to lock their preferences and click on the submit button to complete choosing of the colleges
• The students have to pay the specified fees in order to participate in the counselling procedures.
• Once the fee payment is done the students will get a receipt on their registered email IDs.
• The students have to take the printouts of all the documents such as application form, choices form and fee paid receipt etc and submit them in the future

Verification of Documents

Once the registration is done for the counselling sessions, the computer allots seats for the colleges according to their preferences. Once the seat is allotted the students are required to verify their documents with the respective counselling authorities.

After verification the students can directly approach the colleges where they have allotted seats and finish the admission procedures.
