UG Medical/Dental Mop-Up Round - 2022 Fee Payment Note

• Candidates are required to bring the prescribed fee amount in the form of Demand Draft, Drawn in Favour of “THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, KARNATAKA EXAMINATIONS AUTHORITY, BANGALORE”, PAYABLE AT BANGALORE.
• Candidates can bring multiple Demand Drafts in different Denominations corresponding to the prescribed fee amount.

Example:

For Medical Colleges

1. For Rs.59,850/- Government Colleges
2. For Rs.81,346/-  (1+2) = 1,41,196/- Government seat in Private Colleges
3. For Rs.8,53,210/-  (1+2+3) = 9,94,406/- Private seat in Private Colleges
4. For Rs.98,196/-  (1+2+3+4) = 10,92,602/- Private seat in Private Colleges
5. For Rs.5,37,863/-  (1+2+3+4+5) = 16,30,465/- Private seat in Private Colleges
6. For Rs.1,85,035/-  (1+2+3+4+5+6) = 18,15,500/- Private seat in Private Colleges
7. For Rs.60,000/-  (1+2+3+4+5+6+7) = 18,75,000/- Private seat in Private Colleges
8. For Rs.1,40,500/-  (1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8) = 20,15,500/- Private seat in Private Colleges

For Dental Colleges

1. For Rs.49,850/- Government Colleges
2. For Rs.49,850/- (1+2)=95,808/-  Government seat in Private Colleges
3. For Private seat in different private colleges- candidates can check the KEA website. http://kea.kar.nic.in/ugneet2022/R3/fees.pdf Interested Candidates can bring the DD corresponding to the fee amount for private seat quota seats.
4. Fees for NRI(N) and Others (Q) Quota seats in different colleges , candidates can check the KEA Website.  http://kea.kar.nic.in/ugneet2022/R3/fees.pdf Interested Candidates can bring the DD corresponding to the fee amount for NRI(N) and Others (Q) Quota seats.

NOTE: 

• Candidates are hereby informed to take the Demand Draft well in advance by keeping in mind regarding the Bank Holidays or Bank Functioning days. Candidates will not be allowed to select the seats without the Demand Drafts for the required fees.
• Demand Draft will not be issued at KEA, Bank Counter at the KEA premises is only to facilitate the receipt of Demand Drafts. Online Payment or Cheques or Cash Payment is not allowed.
• Do not hand over the Demand Draft to Unknown persons or do not use the Demand Draft drawn by other persons. Beware of cheats and touts.

Procedure for Registration/Seat Selection

1. Confirm the availability of the seats and check the rank wise schedule before appearing for the mop-up round.
2. Be present in the KEA premises 15 minutes before the allotted time and wait patiently for the announcements.
3. Ensure you are carrying the entry pass, Verification Slip, Required Original documents as per the Verification Slip, 1 set of Photocopies of documents and DD for prescribed fee amount.
4. Also ensure you are carrying the Annexure- 1 and Annexure-9 (Rural Bond Service).
5. Candidates will be called in the order of All India Ranking for Registration and to select a seat.
6. Candidates must show the Entry pass,  Verification Slip, Required Original documents and Demand Draft before entering into the premises.
7. Candidates must show the Verification Slip and Demand Draft before selecting the seat.
8. If a seat is selected, enter the details of seat selected in the admission register and move to the Bank Counter for Deposition of Demand Draft and Collect the receipt for having remitted the fee.
9. Deposit the Original Documents and collect the receipt for having submitted the original documents.
10. Collect the admission order and report to the college on or before the last date mentioned in the admission order.
