KEA Announces Dates for Document Verification

The eligible students looking for admission to Medical, Dental and AYUSH courses in the colleges of Karnataka for the academic year 2021 are required to verify their documents with the KEA authorities.

The eligible students have to visit the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) office at 18th Cross Malleshwaram Bangalore. The Karnataka students who have paid the required fees are mandatorily required to verify the documents from 06-01-2022 to 11-01-2022. 

The non-Karnataka students who are claiming seats under Religious Minority, NRI ward, Category-2 to Category-8 are required to verify their documents from 12-01-2022 to 13-01-2022 according to their ranks.

• Aadhar Card/Voter Card/Driving License/ Ration Card etc for ID proof
• Residential Address Proof
• NEET UG Admission Ticket
• NEET UG Ranking Certificate
• Filled KEA Application 
• Seat Allotment Certificate from KEA
• Admission Fee pay receipt
• 10th/SSLC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopies
• 11th / I PUC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopies
• 12th/PUC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopies
• Transfer Certificate with caste/category mentioned – Original + 2 sets of photocopies
• Conduct Certificate- Original + 2 sets of Photocopy
• Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC Candidates (For Karnataka students only)
• Photographs – 6 passport +4 stamp size
• Migration Certificate – Original + 2 sets of Photocopy
