Guidelines for MBBS 2022-23 issued by National Medical Commission

National Medical Commission issues the guidelines for MBBS Students of 2022-23 batch as follows:

1. The academic calendar for 2022-23 batch will commence on 15th November, 2022 as per the Annexure.
2. Kindly note that the vacation and examination schedules may be arranged as per the affiliated universities of the respective colleges.
3. The following are the broad guidelines:
   1. Electives - 2 blocks of 15 days each to be adjusted by the colleges for pre/paraclinical branches and clinical branches.
   2. Supplementary exams are to be conducted within a gap of 1 month from the regular exams and the results are to be declared in a span of 15 days.
   3. There will be no supplementary batches.
   4. The remaining rules and regulations shall be as per GMER 1997.
4. Yoga, Family adoption program through village outreach shall continue as for 2021-22 batch
5. This issues with the approval of the Chairman, National Medical Commission.
