Akash Institute of Paramedical Sciences was established in the year 2017 under Akash Group of Institutions and is managed by Akash Educational & Development Trust. The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Paramedical Board of Karnataka and is approved by the Government of Karnataka.
