MSc Organic Chemistry (Master of Science in Organic Chemistry)
The course emphasizes on the practical and research-based concepts of the structure, properties, composition, reactions, and arrangement of carbon-based compositions, hydrocarbons, and their compounds and their applications in animals, plants, and human beings. Candidates will have diverse knowledge about the multiple applications of chemistry including various chemical analytical techniques, spectroscopy, advanced chemistry of main elements, organometallic compounds, element stability, stereo chemistry, characteristics and properties, catalytic applications, and concepts of nuclear chemistry. Problem-solving, research, interpretation, analytical thinking, and evaluation skills are enhanced through this course. The course is research oriented and involves multiple research themes, laboratory work, workshops, and industrial visits.
