Life Science is an interdisciplinary subject that includes concepts of zoology, chemistry, biotechnology, and botany. The course curriculum includes theoretical and practical modules applied from molecular and cellular levels to molecular and physiological levels. It is the study of the origin, growth, life processes, reproduction, and behavior in plants, animals, human beings, bacteria, fungi, algae, and virus. Topics like applied biology, biodiversity, biotechnology, ecology, diversity, tissue culture, genetics, molecular biology, and medical diagnostics are included in the course. Skills like analytical thinking, logical reasoning, critical and logical thinking, and decision-making are enhanced through various laboratory experiments, case studies, assignments, seminars, workshops, certificate programs, and journal club activities included in this course.
