Eligibility Criteria 

 1. Undergraduate Programs

Academic qualifications for undergraduate programs like BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BTech, etc. are:

  • Candidates must have completed their 10+2 
  • Minimum aggregate score from 45% to 50% (varies by programs)

2. Postgraduate Programs 

Academic qualifications for postgraduate programs such as MBA, MA, MSc, MTech etc. are:

  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. (10+2+3)
  • Minimum aggregate score of 50% or higher. (For MBA programs, a valid score in other national-level exams like CAT, XAT, GMAT or MAT may also be accepted alongside CUET. 
  • For specific programs preference will be given to candidates with work experience.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus 

The CUET is conducted to examine the broad range of skills and knowledge areas of the candidates. The exact structure or pattern of the test may differ based on the courses the candidates apply for. While the general pattern includes the following as mentioned below:

Sections 

  • General Knowledge and Current Affairs - Topics from history, politics, science and technology and mostly contemporary issues. 
  • Subject- Oriented Questions - Topics related to the chosen programs (Fundamental mathematical operations and accounting)
  • Logical Reasoning and Data Analyzing and Interpretation - Analytical thinking, puzzles and mathematical aptitude. 
  • English Language and Verbal Reasoning - Focuses vocabulary, reading comprehension and grammar. 
  • Other sections include Quantitative Aptitude and Numerical Ability. 

Duration

The test duration ranges from 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the program chosen by the candidate. 

Mode of Examination 

The CUET 2025 will be conducted in computer / Internet-based test mode (IBT). 

Marking Scheme 

The test follows an Objective type with multiple choice questions format with +1 mark for each correct answer and -0.25 for an incorrect answer. 

Application Process 

  1. Registration - Log in to Christ University official website to register for CUET. Fill in all the required details such as your academic qualifications and preferred course you desire to choose. 
  2. Application Fee and Upload Documents - Pay the application fee, (which is non-refundable), through online payment. Make sure you upload all the necessary documents. 
  3. Admit Card - After completion of the registration, download the admit card that contains the details of the exam center, time and other important instructions. 

Ensure you fill in the correct details required and avoid mistakes such as not meeting the deadlines, submitting incorrect documents and failing to fill in the necessary details.

The selection process is based on (SA) Skill Assessment, (MP) Micro Presentation and (PI) Personal Interview for all UG and PG programs.
